I noticed nature has recently reclaimed gnat catcher. Is it being left alone, or is it just a matter of priorities and manpower at workdays?

I know its just a little trail, but its a nice warm up from the 1st lot to the real deal in the 2nd.

Both.  We don't have enough man power to get the major system done and the Park District told us they were going to mulch the whole thing, so it was moved to the bottom of the list.  It would appear the mulch project has come to a stand still, so we could try to get to it, but we need more help on workdays to make that happen.

Which makes for a perfect segue into a shameless workday plug.
There is a SWK workday this Sunday.  We are meeting at the 1st lot @ 9:00 and will be working until 12:00.  Any and all help is welcome and appreciated, you don't need to stay the whole time of be there at 9:00, to get in on the fun.

If you are getting advice from me, I would strongly suggest you get a second opinion.

I didn't know about the mulching.

I'll be at the workday on the 28th for sure.
