Here's my contribution. Let me just apologize in advance for some of the crappy pics. www.gallery.me.com/bpatao

Very nice, I'm just glad you got one of me actually on the bike

Will be interesting to see the rest of the pictures. I think i noticed atleast 4 or 5 photographers on the side of the trail at different points.

Photos are being uploaded here:  http://www.flickr.com/photos/19091172@N02/sets/72157627439706652/

The first batch is up. They should all be up by late tonight or tomorrow.

The set will include novice, expert, and women's sport podiums, the expert/comp start, a few comp/expert race pics, and some candids.

Great job as always Amy, look forward to seeing the rest!

HI everyone, here is my vid from my helmet cam of the cat 3 novice, I was in the 30-39 male group.
There is no sound due to my camera mic picking up alot of noise, also the battery died at about 1:30min before the finish line but the rest of the race is there.
I've only been mountain biking for 2 months so there is not any super speed on MY part in this video, but you can see me passing some people A LOT of people passing me me and other racers getting off track to avoid crashing and ME going down at min. 24:15
I have to say all the people I raced next to were polite and did not see anybody racing reckless trying to pass other racers.
I want to thank ALL the people involved in making this event turn out the way it did. I did a practice lap on saturday before the rain and I thought the track would be unrideable on sunday due to all the rain we got but the crew did a GREAT job to the track.
THANK YOU CAMBR

My 11 year old, 9 speed rockhopper held up pretty good too.

You said it there Dom... this little girl can rip; she even showed me a line last week or so that I had previously never thought of taking.  She definitely takes after her Dad.

Here's a link to some picture I took during the Sport race from the top of the gravel hill and then halfway through the paved downhill.

Here's a gallery of shots taken during the first lap of the Comp race near the top of the grass hill. Also a few random crowd shots.

Here are some pictures from the Novice race. Taken at the second turn after the start and then near the lake.
