The pictures are awesome - the scenery alone makes me want to go.  Do you have to do all 9 days and is it very expensive?

Mac Island is beautiful, but it REALLY smells like horseshit.
no kidding,  very smelly but gorgeous...

Sounds like a great vacation Mike, nice pictures and thanks for sharing.

It changes every year, but this year there were 3 options...6 days (New Buffalo to Traverse City), 3 days (Traverse City to Mac City), or 9 days.  It was a little over $500/pp. with breakfast and dinner and all other tour goodies.  A little extra to take the bus from Mac City back to Traverse.  All information on Michigan bike touring here:  http://www.lmb.org/
