"D" should be an official Board position.....that is serious work, folks!!   Requiring dedication, a bunch of other important stuff I cant think of right now... and a functional liver helps.....

We didn't list a homebrew competition as one of the activities but it can be added.  Any homebrewers are encouraged to bring some beer.  I will be the head official!

But whose going to watch you watch Stan watch Roger?  I would but as head judge of the homebrew competition my hands are going to be full.  With beer!

What time do you want the setup crew there? 

Do you want us to bring sides with?  Or is all of that going to be covered?

Setup around 8:30 am. We need people to hunt and gather picnic tables, decorate and setup the sound system.  Burak also needs people to help him setup the treasure hunt.

The food will be covered and will be delivered around 11:30 am
