My current frame has a 68mm bottom bracket.I have a truvativ stylo oct 3.3 crankset installed on it. I just purchased a new frame off flea-bay that has a 72mm bottom bracket. Will my cranckset work on this new frame?

Are there ant 2.5 mm spacer rings between the BB cups and the frame? Sometimes they space the bottom bracket out to the wider mountain bike standard using spacers. If so you just leave them out when you install the crank into the new frame.

You know, now that I think about it.it dosent matter with that BB. It will fit either 68 or 73mm shells.
