Spring riding could be off to a nice start, so help us fix a few problem spots before the season really gets going.
Prelim plans call for addressing a couple spots: on Anaconda, Coney Island, and at the trailhead by the 2nd lot. Get to the 2nd lot by 9am and we'll dive into it. If the weather's nice expect a ride afterwards.

I believe tools are provided. Mild winter means riding in March could be a possibility? It seems like I couldn't ride trails until May last year.

Tools will be provided. Bring some work gloves, wear some sturdy shoes and have something to drink to keep hydrated.
The trails are going to be rideable early this year. I was out a week ago before we got some rain and if it wasn't for the rain later that night I would have put the trail conditions at a green light.

If a local Cub Scout troop is looking for a local service project - would helping you on a workday be something we could arrange? We have about 5-7 boys and they're between 7 and 8 years old. Feel free to email me directly at jakeene@gmail.com

Feel free to email me directly at jakeene@gmail.comThere isn't much we could have them do regarding trail maintenance, but it would be great to have them walk the trails and pick up garbage. We would be happy to supply the bags and help guide them, with an adult supervisor from your den. I will send you an e-mail to follow up. Jerry

If you are getting advice from me, I would strongly suggest you get a second opinion.

If we get any rain this morning it looks like it'll be brief. So it shouldn't affect SWK's trail workday. See you @ the 2nd lot!
