Prairie Path Aurora Branch Closures

Was out on the IPP on Sunday and the branch that heads towards downtown Aurora is supposedly closing March 1st through sometime in April (i believe) it was still rideable as of yesterday but I'm guessing they will be doing construction on it pretty soon. That section of the trail is pretty ripped up from trucks driving on it when it was damp after the thaw. Hopefully the ruts will be gone by the time construction is complete. I don't know exactly what they are doing. They don't show anything on their website. The Batavia Branch is still open though and all others as far as I know. Pretty rough though for a road bike. Plenty of tire ruts from the thaw.
