My first trip to the Gooseberry Mesa (near Hurricane, Utah), but definitely not my last!  This place is a mountain biker's playground!

this place is awesome.  a couple of friends and I were there a couple of years ago, and with borrowed FS bikes we rode for 3 days in this area.  that experience is responsible for converting me from a lifetime roadie to fat tires. the drop-offs next to the trail were something to give an inexperienced trail rider serious pause...
