We are also working on a Restoration project at the same time. Each week I pick a few people to help Steve. I will rotate people so no one has to do it more than once. Its a very important project and will pay dividends for years to come. Thanks.

When working on the restoration project, do yourself a favor and wear cotton and not polyester.  Cotton is less flammable, and fires are part of the project.

Weather permit, we will be burning brush piles,  Be sure you wear clothing made of cotton, and the clothing you were is not your favorite. Leather outdoors work shoes are the best, sturdy shoes will do.   Cloves are necessary we do not have them to provide.  Trail steward Steve

Another great workday everyone!  The eXXtension is really looking great except for the few spots where the clay was torn up.

It was nice meeting and working with you today Josh.  Hope to see you at more workdays.

Maggie said she is looking forward to the next workday!

How bout it!!  also thanks to the dude I cant remember his name (tall, tattoo sleeves)  who was bustin up the mid-tread roots and stumps like a mad-man - He , Mike, another guy and I were ripping these things out and holding them up like trophy heads !!!!   One person with one Pulaski cannot get every stump out - but 2 or 3 volunteers armed with various implements of destruction, AND working as a team can pretty much do anything.  As usual a tremendous body workout.

I cannot believe the trail progress and I was really impressed with the long stretches of straight rollers with near 100% sight lines.  The Ext of the XX is nothing short of *$%#@! amazing.....
