The park has to be dry by now...i mean the track in elgin was dry two days ago so I dont know why its listed red...i might have to stop paying attention to the flashlight posts

There was a lot of scattered rain showers yesterday. Some areas got pounded and others stayed totally dry.  I'm waiting for a report from someone who lives close to the park and will update the trail conditions when I hear from them

It rained here three different times yesterday so what was in Elgin two days ago is insignificant.
