Poison Ivy, Poison Oak, and Poison Sumac contain the same chemical (urushiol oil) and cause the same reaction. It can only be diagnosed from the plant. Poison Oak and Poison Sumac are not very common in this area. Oak is mainly out west and Sumac has to have constant moisture and is more prevalent in the bogs and swamps of the south.

If you can't make the turns....take off the training wheels.

What about your packs. Best way to clean them ?
Camelbak? Toss it in the washing machine. let it air dry. of course remove the the bladder first before washing.

You can only get the Mean Green online.  Order a big tub...keep it in the shower...use it after you ride.
Thanks I have a 64 oz tub on the way.. If I really like it I'll order more

That is good to know .. The Poison Oak looks far worse than poison ivy..

Riding Palos Friday afternoon, I plan on dipping myself in Ivy Block lotion before hitting the trails..    Anyways can't wait to get back out there and I am taking extreme caution, doing all the necessary steps in order to prevent an outbreak..

Thanks again for everyones help .. C'ya all on the Trails..
