I'll be in Phoenix for a long weekend in Dec. Any suggestions on trails in the metro area.  I'll likely only have a few hours on one day.

I think South Mountain is a winner, but there are others.  Post up on the Palos Riders FB page and look for Ben Chacko, he is out there these days.

McDowell Mt. Reserve Northeast of the city is really nice. Several nice desert flow trails.
