Three unsupervised Belgian Malinois dogs were roaming the Campground extension west of Old Argonne Road yesterday around 6pm. I phoned Cook County FPD and they had no idea where Old Argonne Road is located (try a map) even though I described it in detail. A guy I met on the trail named Jeff encountered these same dogs last week and notified the owner, who seems to let these large dogs out to roam as a matter of habit. Not cool. Be careful, they will chase you, they chased me.

thx for this info.  WE know where old Argonne road is!!  .... cant elect a dog catcher position to CAMBr but things like loose dogs that are big and chase and may bite are not cool.  this breed will look alot like a "German Shepard" to most folks.  Its not the dogs fault, they are lovin' a well built trail just  like us!  its the dog owner who needs to be confronted.
