Trails are in good shape , a couple of muddy spots on the bottom trails but nothing to bad.

What are the current conditions?.........I'm working down in Naplate all week and might try and sneak over one afternoon and get a ride in before dusk.

Is there any hunting issues I need to be aware of?

Trails are in good shape just covered in leaves. For November trails are closed the 20th-22nd. When are you thinking about riding?

Looks like I can get out between 3:30 and 4 on friday. Any recommended routes for a quick before dusk ride where I won't get lost to easily?

I would recommend following the race map at http://bikeiv.org/New_Folder/2009%20MMM%20Race%20Course.pdf
I might be a little hard to follow in areas with all the leaf cover, we won't be out there till next weekend to get them off the trail.

Thanks for the recommendo Dan  ..........I spent time plodding around in the leaves and trying to orientate myself around the place as darkness continued to loom on the horizon. That is some serious leaf cover. I did manage to find some good stuff to the south.....Lake Loop I think......but I had to submit to the darkness. I shall return............
