We Need You Making the ride happen takes more than bike gear. It takes building strong land manager relationships that can weather favorable and unfavorable decisions. It also takes having volunteers to handle the diverse jobs needed to keep this org going. Our strength is our membership and we hope you'll make us stronger—even if it's just by becoming a member. Join us for some much-needed trail work at a gem of a local trail! The to-do list will be announced just ahead of the day, once we get final park district approval for the work and date. Check back for more info. If you enjoy the trails here, put in some time to give back and help make the place even better. We really need the extra hands.

Meet up will be at 9am, location tbd. We'll go over the day's work and head into the trail by 9:15.

Workday is a go. We'll work on what we were supposed to do last Sunday—fix armor jobs on Wildcat, fill in the flooded low spot at the end of Timberwolf, and deberm sections of Anaconda. The forecast might keep any rain clear of us til the afternoon but check here before coming out to be sure we didn't need to cancel again. If you enjoy Saw Wee Kee, put in some time to help make it even better! We could really use a hand.

See you at the first lot on Sunday!

I plan on being there again. If the rain holds out on us.

What, you don't have enough hard soled boots for all the kids?? So bring'em all to SWK anyway! We'll have them look for big rocks to fill in the flooded section and call it a backwoods easter egg hunting content. Then maybe pin-the-tail-on-the-rabid-squirrel.

Well it sounded like a good idea to me.

Sounds good to me, but for some reason they want to go to build a bear, eat McDonalds and go on Carousel rides............

Well I noticed an oops in the e-mail that just went out. The header wrongly says the workday is tomorrow and the body says it's on Sunday the 28th.

The workday is of course on Sunday! Sorry for being briefly blind!

Se you all at 9! If you get there and we're gone, just look for us on the east end of Wildcat and Timberwolf.

We got some great work done today! Timberwolf's ready to go, and Anaconda and Wildcat are in much better shape. And thanks to Sean and Jimmy for getting Culver's for lunch.

We'll do it again in a few weeks—set an alarm on your computer and see you there.
