Chicago Projects The City of Chicago claims to be bicycle friendly but freestyle biking is illegal within city limits. Riders want access to city skateparks but bicycles aren't allowed and no other facilities are provided. Areas like the Lane Tech dirt jumps are in danger of being shutdown.
